4. Gates Cambridge Scholarship
The Gates Cambridge Scholarship programme was established in 2000 through a donation from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to the University of Cambridge.
Each year, about 80 full-cost scholarships are offered to outstanding applicants from countries outside the UK to pursue a postgraduate degree in a course available at the University of Cambridge.
The selection criteria for this scholarship is based on student’s outstanding intellectual ability, reasons for choice of course, a commitment to improving the lives of others and leadership potential.
The Gates Cambridge Scholarship provides a fully-funded scholarship for Nigerian students who wish to study at the University of Cambridge. The scholarship covers tuition fees, travel costs, and a monthly allowance. The scholarship is open to students pursuing a master’s or Ph.D. degree in any subject.
5. Developing Solutions Scholarship
This scholarship programme is designed to meet the needs of international students who want to make a difference to the development of key economic, environmental, structural, social, or political structures in their home countries.
The scholarship provides up to 100% of full-time tuition fees for masters studies at the University of Nottingham.
The Developing Solutions Scholarship offers Nigerian students who wish to study at the University of Nottingham full-tuition fees scholarships. The scholarship covers tuition fees, travel costs, and a monthly allowance. The scholarship is open to students pursuing a master’s degree in any subject.
